How did we build a national grassroots movement? The 8th Principle has reached a tipping point. It is 10 years old, and to date we have 279 adoptions. It is time for us to pause and reflect on how far we have come. There is no way to take on a challenge like this without being changed in the process. Come to hear about this story and some of the lessons learned along the way. We will answer, “What does the 8th Principle journey have to teach us about community building, leadership, and growing a movement?”
