Service Leader Jim Calkins will relate the journey of Sichan Siv, a Cambodian who escaped from a Khmer Rouge death camp, arrived in the United States as a refugee with $2.00 in his pocket and was eventually unanimously confirmed by the US Senate as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations.
