Morning Meditation on Zoom

You are invited to join the Stony Brook Sangha in a Zoom weekday morning meditation. On Mondays through Fridays, a number of us gather to meditate from 7:30-8:00 a.m. We start with a guided meditation and then finish in silence. It’s a great way to start the day.
