Welsh-American soprano Rachel Schutz is known for her sensitive and evocative performances and wide range of repertoire. She is perfectly accompanied by Canadian pianist Andrea Christie, a versatile performing artist with a flair for late-romantic works and a passion for contemporary music. Equally at home as soloist and chamber musician, Andrea is the pianist of the NYC-based Parhelion Trio, an all-female ensemble praised by The Strad Magazine for their “effervescent” playing. This fabulous duo will be performing on Mar. 19.
