The Claudia Jacobs Band are psyched to return to Grounds & Sounds Café in our sanctuary with their usual mix of pathos, fun, and very possibly a bit of ribaldry! WFUV’s John Platt called Claudia “One of the New York area’s finest female singer-songwriters,” and many agree. Her original songs and stylings of others are equally engaging. Joining Claudia for this special curated evening of song at “one of the best listening rooms on Long Island” are Dr. Dan Weymouth (composer/professor/soul man), Greg Galluccio (composer/recording engineer/fender lover), and David Sirota (performer/teacher/great guy) on drums.

The show begins with an Open Mic at 7:30 (sign-up at 7:00); the main act goes on at ~8:15 p.m. Refreshments available: coffee, tea, cold beverages, desserts, cheese and crackers; remember to bring your own wine (small corking fee).
