Purpose of the Worship Associates Program

The Worship Associates (WAs) work in shared ministry with the Minister to produce Sunday morning worship that works: consistently intelligent, moving and inspiring nourishment for the human spirit, offered with technical expertise, refined personal presence and a lively spirit of compassionate leadership.

We meet monthly, and we accept and actively seek lay-led participation in service presentations.  Our congregation members have a long tradition of sharing their expertise and passion through lay-led Sunday services.  The minister and the WAs will choose proposals that are a best fit for the evolving thematic arch of our worship calendar.
