New Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes 

Judith Budd Walsh will be teaching two classes on Zoom starting in January.

TaichiWomanTai Chi Flow: Mondays 2:30-3:15 p.m. $96 Jan. 11, 18, 25; Feb. 1, 8, 15; March 1, 8. 
Judith has developed this class for those who want to practice Tai Chi but need to do it on Zoom. Classes may be recorded and sent to you. Moving your body in the Tai Chi way will benefit balance, mental focus, physical strength, overall health and well-being. Come join Tai Chi Flow to "tide" you over until in-person classes resume hopefully in the spring. No Prior Tai Chi experience is necessary. Ability to stand is preferred to develop balance, but not required.

Qigong: Tuesdays 2:30- 3:00 p.m. $80 Jan. 12, 19, 26; Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23; March 2.
Judith will lead you through the ancient system of exercises and breathing techniques to cultivate health, energy and relaxation. These practices have been linked to increased strength, stamina, physical balance, tranquility and well-being. No prior experience is required. All are welcome. You may take this class standing or seated.

Maybe you think you finally have a handle on something and everything changes. It’s an ever- present learning curve and a host of different emotions. From whom and what do you draw support? What resources are available to you? How do you take care of yourself?
