Nancy Lynch is the Director of Religious Education for the children’s program at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at Stony Brook. She plans and facilitates a program that provides religious education for children and youth in a loving and accepting environment.
Nancy is a retired high school science teacher with over 25 years of classroom experience. She has been involved in our Religious Education program as a leader and RE Committee member for a decade. In her position as Director of Religious Education she is an advisor, a leader and a resource person. She facilitates classes and other activities, administering a program that serves over 100 children and youth. She works with the Religious Education Committee to choose curriculum, to prepare member volunteers to teach, and to implement programs that enable our children to form bonds with their peers and the larger congregation community and help our children grow in their Unitarian Universalist faith.
