Classes are $144 for the 12-week session. Once you have paid $144 for your first class, you may choose a second class in the Meditative and Wellness Arts program for only $100. Tai Chi Characters

YANG 150 - Advanced - MONDAY, 10:30 a.m. 

Judith Budd-Walsh of Harmonious Movement is teaching the Yang Long Form guided by the teachings of T.T. Liang. She incorporates Qigong taught by her Master teachers, Chung Li, Dr. Nan Lu, C.K. Chu, Dr. Paul Lam, Jim Cummings and Kenneth Cohen, ending the hour-long class with Five Organ Healing and Healing the Five Senses meditations.

TAI CHI YANG 24 - Intermediate - WEDNESDAY, 9:45 a.m. 

Continue along with instructor, Rosanne Pawluk, as you study the Yang Style 24. These gentle flowing movements have proven to increase flexibility, balance, and improve joint health.

TAI CHI YANG 24 - Beginner - WEDNESDAY, 11:00 a.m.

Certified instructor Rosanne Pawluk leads you in the classic Yang 24 Form, widely practiced in the US and China. The gentle flowing movements aim to increase balance, flexibility and relaxation and improve overall mind, body and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. No knowledge of Tai Chi is necessary.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH - Beginner - WEDNESDAY, 12:15 p.m. 

Based on Sun style Tai Chi, this form was designed specifically for people with arthritis but is also good for any beginning tai chi student. This class is for students new to tai chi for arthritis. Some meditation and Qigong may also be explored.

TAI CHI FOR ENERGY - Intermediate / Advanced - FRIDAY, 9:45 a.m.

This class is only for Intermediate and/or Advanced Tai Chi students. Dr. Lam created this form that carefully combines movements from Chen and Sun styles to produce a powerful synergy. Will improve your health, wellness, internal energy and the ability to manage stress. Rosanne Pawluk - Instructor

Fan (based on Yang Style Tai Chi) - FRIDAY, 11:00 a.m.   SORRY THIS CLASS IS CLOSED

Fan forms are some of the most beautiful forms of Tai Chi. This form will develop graceful movements and fluidity while building chi and strength. Practicing this form will improve posture, enhance balance, flexibility and coordination.

Tai Chi Master Leads Workshop at UUFSBPaulLam TaiChiMaster

Forty people gathered at the Fellowship in June to attend a full-day workshop led by Dr. Paul Lam from Australia. Dr. Lam is a well-known expert in the field of health and Tai Chi. We were very honored to have him come. Everyone that attended knew the “Yang Style 24 Movement” and he deepened that knowledge for all of us.
